A new, elevated Farmers' Market experience and community gathering place. The re-imagined space will include a performance stage, expanded indoor/outdoor market spaces, ADA accessibility, restrooms, seating and landscaping.

The Rochester Downtown Development Authority (DDA) is leading the project.
HOW WILL THIS PROJECT BE FUNDED?
Funds from the DDA’s tax capture, along with a grant distributed by Main Street Oakland County will fund the project.
CAN I STILL PARK HERE?
Yes. The lot will be available for parking on non-event days.
WHAT’S THE TIMELINE?
The project will be built in phases, beginning later this year. The goal is to complete the project by Fall 2025.
