Start the afternoon with Trick-or-Treating throughout Downtown Rochester from 3:30 PM - 5:00 PM, then head over to Halloween Fest from 4:30 PM - 6:30 PM. at the East Parking Platform, 415 East Street.
Enjoy Halloween activities, photo opportunities, treats, and more! Costumes are encouraged, bring the whole family and celebrate Halloween with us in Downtown Rochester.
