You’ve Gotta Have Art in Rochester

It’s a big weekend for art lovers this weekend in Rochester!  Two great art shows will take place the weekend of Sept. 10-12: Art & Apples Festival and Spotlights Market.

The 45th annual Art & Apples Festival, presented by Paint Creek Center for the Arts, features over 250 exceptional artists, free children’s art activities, great music and dance, delicious food and more!  The event takes place in the Rochester Municipal Park.  For more information, call 248/651-4110 or visit www.artandapples.com.

Friday, Sept. 10, 4:00 – 7:30 pm
Saturday, Sept. 11, 9:00 am – 7:30 pm
Sunday, Sept. 12, 9:00 am – 4:00 pm

Spotlights Market is a juried art show held on W. Fourth and Walnut Streets in downtown Rochester.  Over 125 artisans will be featured.  All proceeds benefit Meadow Brook Theatre.  For more information, call 248/377-3300 or visit www.mbtheatreguild.com.
